🔁 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – THELEELA’S STORE

APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

By purchasing from TheLeela’s Store and/or initiating an exchange request, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
If you do not agree, please do not transact on theleelas.in.
This policy may be updated from time to time — please review it before shopping.

1. ELIGIBILITY WINDOW

  • Customer must inform us about any exchange request within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • This includes size issues, wrong product, or damaged product.

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

  • We do not offer refunds — only exchanges are allowed.


2. APPROVAL PROCESS

Once your request is approved:

  • You’ll receive confirmation via WhatsApp or Email.

  • Pickup will be attempted within 24–48 hours.

  • Pickup attempts: 2 times. If both fail, customer must ship the product to our warehouse at their own cost.


3. REASONS ACCEPTED FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

Exchange is allowed only for:

  • Wrong size received / size issue (if required size is available)

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered


4. SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Size Issue

  • Return shipping (customer → store) must be paid by the customer.

  • Replacement shipping (store → customer) will be paid by TheLeela’s Store.

Damaged / Wrong Product

  • Both-side shipping will be paid by TheLeela’s Store.


5. PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

All returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Packed in original packaging with all tags intact

  • Supported with photos/video in case of damage or wrong product


6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

No exchange/return for:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Accessories, innerwear, personal-use items

  • Custom-stitched or altered products


7. STORE CREDIT POLICY

If exchange cannot be fulfilled (size/product unavailable):

  • Store credit will be issued equal to the product price (excluding shipping)

  • Validity: 3 months

  • Single-use coupon

  • Cannot be converted to cash or transferred


8. QUALITY CHECK PROCESS

All returned items undergo QC.
If item fails QC (used, washed, stained, or tags missing), exchange will be rejected and product will be returned to the customer.


9. ESTIMATED TIMELINES

  • Pickup: 24–48 hours after approval

  • QC: 1–2 working days after product arrives

  • Exchange dispatch: 2–4 working days after QC pass

  • Store credit: within 24 hours of QC pass
