This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop at theleelas.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

  • ✅ Customers can also place orders directly via WhatsApp at +91 99776 14556 for a quick and personalized shopping experience.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 working days after dispatch.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability.

  • Delivery delays due to courier issues, strikes, natural disasters, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING PARTNERS

  • All orders are shipped via Shiprocket courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees, etc.).

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

  • Any additional delivery charges (like remote area fees) will be informed during checkout.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available only on orders above ₹1500.

  • COD orders may be verified via phone/WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Repeated COD cancellations or refusals may lead to blocking COD facility for that customer.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Currently, we do not ship outside India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

  • If the package is damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately at support@theleelas.in or WhatsApp +91 99776 14556.

  • If you miss the delivery attempt, our courier partner will re-attempt delivery. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
